Website/ E shop redesign for UK based unisex designer vintage clothing store

I am a fashion journalist and consultant and I own two highly acclaimed high street Vintage Clothing Shops with my partner who is a financial and accounts expert and business developer. We need a designer for an on line classy looking shopping website to support Wiltshire based high end classic vintage and designer unique unisex clothing and shoe boutiques. Also furs. (Actual high street shops established 2005 and 2012) We have a static website but its out of date and rubbish!
Marketing to all age groups (We have children's clothing too) aiming for top end of market. Quality couture fashion buyers. Rare and collectable pieces available. World wide audience particularly UK US and China.
Design and coding. SEO optimised. CMS. Blog, video, audio, links to facebook,twitter, google plus etc etc.
Photo zoom. Paypal payment. 10 to 15 pages
To start ASAP to be operational by mid to end of May 2013
As a business we are protegees of Chris Cardells business training programme so familiarity with his thinking would be a bonus. Similar website design experience advantageous. We are bright entrepreneurial business owners but with little knowledge in this field and need ideas and support from enthusiastic web designer with flair for fashion. We will need ongoing support but we need to manage the website ourselves ultimately.
We like Mela Mela Vintage website and also particularly Kurt Gieger website for examples. We have photographers and models lined up pending advise for suitable photos needed.
