Website designer needed

I need a website design for a community charity organisation group. The pages required for designing are Home, About Us, Contact Us, 3 service pages and an image portfolio page. I am in need of a stunning design and I am looking to get a relationship with someone I can work with long term.

I only have a link to the clients social media page and that is all I can base this website off currently, so quite a lot of patience and amendments maybe needed. Because the briefing for the design is so basic, I will need somebody highly creative and can have a vision to make something out of nothing.

I will need the designs to be sent over to me in Desktop and Mobile mode.

Any illustrations on the design will also need to be forwarded to me. Please keep in mind that this website will be built on Wordpress so customisations maybe limited.
