Website Designer

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a experienced website designer who could help me to design a
creative website for a consultancy company which basically provides training
services and internships in China services to UK graduate students.
The freelancer based in London UK will be prefered.

I would like to pay by a fixed price, this will be a one-off price to complete the
website. As we need this website for marketing work , the time scale
to finish this website will be withine 2 weeks.

The following is the requirements for the website I would like to design
1. User Name Registration
I will provide my own domain name

2. Blog functionality

3. Hosting( I will provide my own)

4 CMS driven Site

I prefer to use Joomla which has multilanguage function to change the website content, also need the function to put the video contents in.
On line application and on line shoping system with shopping cart are necessary.

5. Social media system to connect with facebook, twitter and etc.

6. SEO function which make my website to have a higher ranking search on Google

7. Newletter Module

I could send regular e-mail to all my registered users from time to time

8. Front page need service image slider and internship vacancy page need vacancy slide
