Website Design / UI Design / Style Guide

We are building a web application / website that will provide a recommendation engine for our customers in the food/drink/leisure industry along with the ability to view databased information through various sorting features. We are looking to create a design with a clean, crisp yet casual appearance that capitalizes on color and character to create a fresh ad noteworthy user experience.

We are looking for a complete design of the site, a style guide and potentially additional work for HTML email templates, etc.
