Website design for Mortgage Company

We require a designer to create a multi page website for a new Mortgage company. It is required to have around 4-5 pages (not set in stone ) Content has been written and proofed. Mortgage calculator required in addition to a data capture form to collect customer details for potential leads, call backs or appointment setting. Owner would like to add up to date news and information via a bulletin board style feature as and when required. Finally, they require a space to add and change customer testimonials. Outside the box thinking is welcome on this one as lots of these sites are very similar.
