Website design for marketing consultancy

We urgently need to update our company website (currently just a couple of 'holding' pages).

We will be looking for a new design, based on our existing brand/logo.
We have developed an initial draft site map, and we will likely be looking at needing perhaps 10-15 pages.

As well as pages providing basic information/content, the following will also be required:
- forms to sign up for updates/ newsletters
- download of media coverage/ articles in print
- a blog page

We will provide copy, but obviously advice /input into this will also be welcome

A proper design brief will be provided to shortlisted bidders, but broadly the website will need to be:
- clean & professional (we operate in a fairly traditional market - healthcare)
- more than just a one-style 'template' with different copy on each page
- use brand colours (blue/green) creatively as part of a 'themed' approach
- use bespoke (provided by us) and stock photography or illustrations

At this stage we would like to hear from people who would be interested in working on this brief, then we can discuss specifics in more detail. We are not a big company, but we are willing to invest appropriately to get this job done properly!
