Website Design

I have developed a new oarlock for competitive rowing called Rollerlock. I've got a logo and just finished putting together some 3D animations showing how the product works. The next step is to build a an attractive Website that I can maintain myself. The Website should be smart looking and unique. The purpose of the site is to showcase the Rollerlock product with pictures and videos, capture user comments, take pre-orders and serve as a support for a Kickstarter campaign to raise funding for production tooling. My budget is very limited, so I am hoping that we can arrive at a price that works for both of us.
