Website Design

I am looking for a creative website designer to design two websites for me. The first is for writing services and the second is for family history research. I need the websites creating to a high professional standard, SEO optimised and completed within the next couple of weeks. I don't really mind how the website is built and whether it is in WordPress. Each website will contain approximately 5-10 pages.
