Website Design

I need a homepage designed from wireframes supplied. This will eventually end up as part of a CMS system but the output of this project will be a PSD and HTML/CSS files only.

Most of the items on the wireframe will be placeholders as these widgets will be inserted later by me once the HTML design is approved.

Something similar to this design would be great but please feel free to let your creativity reign!
