We seek an experienced web developer to deploy our website design, converting the visual prototype into a functional, interactive website. The project requires a WordPress CMS and a premium DIVI theme builder to build and enhance the website. We encourage the developer to propose creative revisions based on their expertise and professional guidance.

The project includes the following requirements:

- Review and understand the artwork design, including layout, colour scheme, typography, and interactive elements.
- Create a development plan outlining how each element will be implemented.
- Set up a development environment with the necessary tools and technologies.
- Implement HTML structure, CSS styling, responsive design, interactive elements, cross-browser testing, optimization, and debugging etc.
- The website includes pages such as "About," "Consulting Service," "Training Programs," "Community Outreach," "Why Choose Us," "News," and a page for training programs with various courses.
- Ensure the website's loading time is optimum, considering the presence of many images.
- Provide examples of previous work demonstrating design proficiency, technical prowess, deployment, and client satisfaction.
- The project should be completed within 7 days, with flexibility for weekend work preferred.
- Clear communication in English and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
- The project budget is fixed, and candidates should not submit placeholder budgets.
