We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with website-building experience to help create a simple conference website for an upcoming Learning & Development event.

Project Scope:

Build a website in Canva Website Builder
Use our existing branding, content, and images
Create approximately 5–6 pages (Home, Speakers, Agenda, FAQ, Register, etc.)
Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and visually appealing
Add links, buttons, and basic navigation
Make revisions based on feedback

Requirements:

Experience building websites in Canva (preferred)
Strong eye for design and layout
Good communication skills
Ability to complete the project within 3–5 days

    1. Do you have any example event or conference websites you’d like this to resemble in terms of layout and feel, or should I design it based on a clean modern L&D conference style?

    2. Should the “Register” button link to an external form (e.g. Eventbrite / Google Form), or do you want a simple embedded registration section inside the Canva site?

    3. Is all speaker info, agenda structure, and FAQ content already finalized, or should I help organize and format it into a more structured presentation?
