Website created for my property investment / development compan

Hello,

I need a website created for my property investment / development company.

It is a relatively new company. I do have some images projects, but not large number.
I just need something functional, so that if anyone checks the website for the email address I have created - @enterproperty.co.uk - they will find a website there.

I have included some examples of websites where the individual does not have a large business but has created a professional look (some not so great)

Please let me know your suggestions for how this can be achieved, as well as timescale.
