Website Build — UK Management Consultancy

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to build a professional website for a UK management consultancy. All design work is almost complete and full copy is written (going through review) and HTML wireframes have been produced for 80% of pages. Your role is to bring these to life as a polished, functional website.
Preferred platform is Wix, but Webflow proposals welcome. WordPress not preferred.

Scope
Approximately 14–16 pages including homepage, four about sub-pages, seven service pages, projects & insights section and contact. Full navigation with dropdowns.
Two CMS collections: one for case studies, one for industry insights, each generating individual pages from a single template.
Key interactions include an interactive service diagram on the homepage (hover/click updates adjacent copy panel), expandable team member biographies, a load-more team grid and sticky tab navigation on the insights page.
Fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile. SEO basics built in from the start with clean URLs, meta fields, heading hierarchy, sitemap and analytics.

What I'll provide
HTML wireframes, full copy, brand colours and typography, imagery and logo files once finalised.

Wix CMS / Velo or Webflow CMS experience
Ability to implement custom interactions
Clean build I can manage independently after handover
UK-based preferred but not essential
