- Page Load Speed Assessment: Utilize Google PageSpeed Insights and other tools to analyze page loading times and recommend optimizations.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure landing pages follow best practices, including clear and compelling CTAs, trust elements (like reviews/testimonials), and consistent branding.
- Conversion Pathways Evaluation: Analyze the paths users take to convert and identify any friction points or areas for improvement.
- Mobile Optimization Check: Ensure the website and landing pages are fully optimized for mobile users, considering layout, navigation, and load times.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct a thorough review of competitor websites and landing pages, extracting successful strategies and potential areas for differentiation.
- User Experience (UX) Assessment: Evaluate the overall UX, focusing on ease of navigation, clarity of information, and call-to-action effectiveness.
- Lead Generation Elements Review: Examine lead capture forms and other lead generation elements for optimization opportunities.
- Detailed Reporting: Compile a comprehensive report with findings, including actionable recommendations for performance enhancement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in website analysis, focusing on CRO.
- Proficiency with Google PageSpeed Insights and other CRO tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and how they relate to CRO.
- Ability to perform thorough competitor analysis and derive strategic insights.
- Exceptional analytical and report-writing skills.
