Experience Level: Intermediate
I am looking for a devoloper to design and devolope me a website that is hooked into a CMS. I want the website to be simply changeable(Using different controls which i will require devoloped). And i want the main website you are main to be a template website which i can easy replicate and change and also hook into the CMS.

I want the coding to be commented fairly well and a simple database to be applied.
