Webpage graphic design (just designed not built)

Hi I am looking for a graphic/web designer to design me a page that which will be added to my current website. This is just the design on paper, I already have a coder employed. The new page is an informative page that will act as a landing page telling people about the relevant town they are searching into. The site already has a theme to it all that needs designing is one or two of the columns below the featured header row. UK bids only please.
