Webpage Design from layout

Kind of design: Single web page
Num. of web pages: 2 or 3
Description of every page: The site will be voucher and deals site and will take ideas from sites like:

http://www.vouchercodes.co.uk/
http://www.hotukdeals.com/

From an initial layout of the home page that I will provide, I would like all the details of each page designed, so the way that the navigation looks, the boxes are styled and the way that the the side bar fits etc

Then from this design to style the inner page templates (View a deal and submit a deal) Have a look a the example sites for inspiration and the types of things that would sit on a page.

The features of the site will include:

- Allow users to sign up/sign in using facebook, twitter or create standard account

-COUPON/DEAL SUBMISSION: Ability to allow users to add their own coupon codes. Details include title, description, voucher code (If applicable), image, link, category, sub category

- The difference between the voucher and a deal is that the voucher will have a code - the deal won't but will be the same format - see http://www.hotukdeals.com/. We should seperate these 2 so people can select whether it is a deal or voucher they are submitting.

- HOT or Cold - Each deal will have a Hot or Cold vote allowing users to vote - they can't vote unless they are signed in

- Responsive
Ideas for the visual style: Voucher Code and Deals site
Extra notes: I would like it to be clean and incorporate subtle hints of these colours but not over do it.

As there will be lots of deals I need a clever way to make it look clean but lots of deals and not voer crowded.
