    A few quick questions before confirming final scope:

    1. Is the existing HTML fully responsive already, or desktop-focused only?

    2. For the retreat and land listings, do you want CMS collections so you can add/edit future listings yourself?

    3. Will the Insights section function as a proper CMS blog?

    4. Is the YouTube section static embeds or dynamically managed?

    5. Do you already have the Webflow account/site plan ready?

    Your current domain is set up with WordPress installed.
    Is there a reason you want to move to Webflow as your platform rather than stay with WordPress?
    Webflow from experience is more targeted to designers and WordPress may be your better option for ease of use.

    Mind sharing a screenshot of the html page for quick evaluation? Adaptability to webflow depends on complexity of design.
    Considering the pages count you have listed, your budget would also do with an adjustment if looking for the quality of work you have profiled.
