Web Site Set up and Design

I am loooking for help with the design of my Business Website, as I am somewhat lost with it.

I need a fairly basic website, with probably 5/6 pages for my Per Care business:

1) Main Landing Page
2) About/Intro
3) Services and Rates
4) Photo Gallery
5) Contact/Map
6) Blog Page where I can keep adding new interesting things and articles
7) Testimonials

I also want to have twitter inculded and facebook included and be able to have a Link collection for refferals somewhere....

I have currently installed a wordpress page as I hear you can get professional looking websites with that, though I struggle do get anything else but a Blog Format. I am currently thinking to use Wix or Moonfruit instead.

I basically need a fairly common tool to be used for it that I can continue to administrate and update myself, once the basic design/template is sorted.

If you think you can help with that and recommend me what I should do, please let me know.

My budget is limited and ranges from £100 - £200, depending on the range or work you are willing to do. Students welcome.
