Web Site Design for Technology Consulting Company

I am looking for a Web Designer and Developer who help me to re-brand my company\'s Web site. My company prides itself on cutting edge technology consulting with a twist - we aren\'t like other consultants - and want that to show in a cool, irreverent design. What I need is a talented designer/developer who can help re-brand the site completely with a stunning new, Web 2.0-inspired, simple, and clean design. Something that goes against the grain of normal business (and certainly normal consulting Web sites).

I am massively inspired by the site Carsonified (http://www.carsonified.com). So please have a look at this site.

It is important it shows the mission statement (loud and clear!) as well as client work - and section for a blog. Again, I really want to do something unique, special and clean. No Flash or silly graphics, but something hip, perhaps retro, and something that screams anti-consulting.

I am not bothered whether this is built to Wordpress, Drupal, or Joomla or even using normal files. I just want the blog to remain on one of those platforms to make it easy to update.
