Web Site Design etc

Hello

We are an IT company with 3 websites which are out of date and not good looking, we need to re-design the websites and have maybe 1 or 2 to cover the services and products we offer. We want these websites to be bang up to date with latest technology etc (will take advice on this as we are not web designers etc) The website will need all the latest features etc for high google rankings and incorporate linkedin, twitter etc etc.

As part of the process we would need somebody who is local to us so we can build a relationship to have the website update etc regularly and an intial meeting to understand what we are looking for, we are based in Windsor, Berkshire UK

We have not set a budget for this work and are looking for a realistic quote that will incorporate what we need (not too mant pages intially - but maybe the option to grow it - open to suggestions)
