Web Site Design

I'm trying to help a friend get a website put together for a home. It has three pages and one page that directs to a different site. We have a webtemplate with all the artwork. We will supply all photos and copy so all you have to do use use the web template and make the changes. We have attached a pdf file of the website design. It's ready to go and would like to get finished asap.
