Description
Experience Level: Expert
T-Impact has a professional corporate brand that suited the firm over the last 5 years. We now need to update our design to represents recent changes in the business. It should be a bit more funky and fun without losing feeling of a large, trusted, structured organisation.
What has changed:
T-Impact was established as a telecommunications system integrator that also provided contract and permanent resources for our clients.
We are now expanding to new industry verticals and have expanded our service offering. We have recently signed a reseller agreement for the ActiveVos BPEL product (www.activevos.com) that we will incorporate into our business agility offerings. We have also been awarded innovation partner status with IBM & Cisco. We need the design and particularly the website to:
%u2022 reflect the focus on business agility
%u2022 cater for the expanded industry verticals and services
%u2022 present a slicker marketing image (less technical)
What we need:
We want to review our overall design and quickly build a web site that reflect the company%u2019s future.
Review overall design:
T-Impact brand is unwieldy and doesn%u2019t say much about the firm, do we need to change it?
Focus on enabling business agility (contortionist, yoga master, etc.)
Alignment with partners ActiveVos
Incorporate several industry verticals (telecom, finance, policing, retail, utilities)
Incorporate several service offerings (resourcing, process automation, cost reduction, managed services)
Design should allow additional industry verticals & service offerings to be included in the future
Redesign Web site:
Should incorporate new design
Need easy way to manage content (CMS)
Careers page integrated with our resourcing tool%u2013 provided by Catsone
Links to partners and other relevant sites (e.g. tmforum, Activevos)
Resolve recent unsuccessful changes to web site (white papers, contact)
Must consider how we will be positioned high on website searches, especially google
The web site design should support advanced features which we will add in the future:
Ability to add in discussion form %u2013 in the future
Interactive material on the site (e.g. podcasts)
Ability to capture name and contact details of people visiting site
Ability to upload CV%u2019s and ask some filtering questions
Need something to draw people back to the site regularly
Should have some sort of interactive links to other sites for networking (face book, google maps, linkedin)
