Web page design

We are a small, starting company. Our website is not good enough and we are looking for someone to redesign this site. The site should be very light, informative with very little motion or graphics. I really like some motion, but not too much. All image files and contest are ready.<br />

When making a bid, please make sure to provide samples of your previous work. We are looking for inexpensive and innovative ideas as well. Russian language fluency is a plus.
