Web Page Creation In XD and UX Enhancement of current layouts

I am looking for someone with good design and UX skills to style and further develop some layouts I have created for my new website and create them in Adobe XD.

I have had a home page designed which will act as a “Global Style for the website. This has been created in Adobe XD

I have created a further 10 layouts in Adobe Fireworks by crudely grabbing screenshot parts of other websites that I like and “assembling them” together – see example layouts attached.

I need someone to replicate these layouts and create them in Adobe XD with the following:

a) Design standardisation with consistency and a clear identity across all the pages
b) Refining the User journey to make it more user friendly and conversions driven
c) Suggest animation and rollover effects for different parts of the site
d) Design and create page banners (see notes below)
