I am looking for a web developer to build an online job board for me.
It is going to be a recruitment website based on the freemium business model. The employer posts vacancies online for free. However I would like to be able to up-sell other products:
• Spotlight homepage: An employer can promote vacancies on our homepage enhancing the number
of views many times.
• Sponsored Job: An employer can promote their vacancies highlighted in a specific category or geography. This will be highlighted in the search results to the jobseekers.
