Web developer/designer wanted

We’re looking for a talented Website Designer to build and continuously improve a competition website. This is a long-term role for someone who can design a modern, high-converting user experience and also create fun mini games to reveal instant win prizes (e.g., scratch cards, spin wheels, pick-a-box, flip cards, etc.).

You’ll be responsible for designing a smooth customer journey from entry to checkout, and developing engaging interactive game experiences that make winning exciting.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Build

Design and build a professional competition website that is fast, responsive, and user-friendly

Create a strong brand feel with clean visuals and modern UI

Design landing pages that drive entries and conversions

Ensure mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility

Create a clear navigation and customer journey (entry → checkout → confirmation)

Mini Games (Instant Win Reveal Features)

Create interactive mini games used to reveal instant winners in a fun way

Examples include:

Scratch-to-reveal

Spin the wheel

Pick a mystery box

Flip card match/reveal

Tap to pop balloons / reveal prize

Ensure games are smooth, exciting, and work perfectly on mobile

Integrate games into the entry system so users instantly see results

Ongoing Development & Improvements

Provide ongoing updates, new features, and improvements

Create new game concepts and seasonal promo experiences

Optimize user flow and performance over time

Work closely with our team to implement feedback and enhancements

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong experience designing and building modern websites (portfolio required)

Confident building responsive websites that work perfectly on mobile

Experience creating interactive web elements and animations

Ability to build mini games or interactive “instant win reveal” mechanics

Strong UI/UX design skills (conversion-focused design)

Good understanding of website speed, performance, and best practices
