I am developing a web application using an AdminLTE template (https://adminlte.io/themes/AdminLTE/index2.html).
This web application is meant to be used by corporate companies. So the design has to be sober, clean, elegant – it is not intended to call the attention from someone to buy something. It has to be comfortable for someone that perhaps will be using this application the whole day.
The default theme that I am using works fine. It is a responsive theme but I made some changes – mainly in the search form – that have caused the forms not to display correctly on a tablet and mainly on a smartphone.
What I want is to change the default theme creating an exclusive identity for these forms using the last available version of the bootstrap. In the attached file I give more details about the development requirements.

Currently latest is bootstrap 4 .. This theme might be using bootstrap 3 or may be older of that and there are many difference between the two. So you want it to be redone in boostrap 4 or just want to do the adjustment which you provided in the attachment?
