Web Design supplied In photoshop

I am looking for a designer to tender for a small project I am rolling out in two phases for a Wordpress installation.

Phase 1 - Initial Designs

Production of a couple of home page designs for consideration based on the brief.

Phase 2 - Implementation

- Making any small amendments following feedback.
- Designing a product page using the same design ethics.
- Designing a generic 'content page' using the same design ethics.
- Supplying the designs in Photoshop files

I'm looking to turn this around quickly, having the work completed and payment in your account by next week. Efficient communication and fast turnaround of ideas is a must for, what should be, an easy to fulfill project.

There may be some additional, ad hoc work following the implementation of the design if everything goes to schedule.
