Web Design Project at HarmonizeMyLife.com

We are redesigning the registration/checkout process at HarmonizeMyLife.com. One is general. It is what people see when they come to the website and see the subscription membership options. There will be 2 pages as described below. Part 2 is a fancy thank you/download page where the members can access their files for a specific niche. They will also be able to make a payment to renew their subscription on this page as well.

I will need PSD files of each of the pages described below. No coding needed. I have developers who will implement it.

Note: I am looking for designers who can match the style of the existing design. I am not interested in a complete website makeover at this time.
