We are looking for someone who is creative.
I need a small, Simple but welcoming website that offers visitors in distress or any mood an easy way to reach out and feel heard. The overall look must feel warm and inviting—soft colors, calm imagery, clear typography—so people instantly sense they have come to a safe place.
Pages & purpose
•Home Page: Its single goal is to share our introduction and mission in an empathetic, uplifting voice. Must be creative. If you cannot do cartoon designs, anime designs, or designs of that nature, please do not bid on this project.
• Booking page: visitors should be able to choose a time slot, see it in a live calendar, start an instant chat with a consultant if they have questions, and receive an automatic email confirmation once the booking is complete. Phone or Chat sessions
• Donation page: straightforward, trustworthy design that makes giving simple and secure.
• About page: short bios and our back story so users know the people behind the service.
• Plus a simple, memorable logo that carries the same comforting tone as the site.
• Contact Page
• Login
• Registration (With Questions)
• Simple Member Profile Page
• Crisis hotline Page
• Check out Page
Backend
• Easy login system for team members
• Easy chat system
• Easy call system

We hired a designer who started the project for us, but unfortunately, we just couldn't get on the same page design-wise. We can show you what they created, what we thought was incorrect, and why we couldn't get on the same page, but we do not want what they created.
The project is currently on Wixs platform. We would like to keep it there. As we grow, we may change where we host it or the whole design in the future, but for now, we would like to keep using the platform we're on.
Unfortunately, for the next person that we hire, you won't have the full-time frame that the original designer had. We spent an entire month just on the design, and we just kept getting further away from meeting in the middle.
