Web design, Logo Design and Stationary Design all-in-one project

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up a Facility Management Services business and I would like a web site designed for this business.

The developer should be able to developer the whole site. Showcasing the business and web enquiries can come through the site. The design needs to be professional and needs to be outstanding.

Also as part of the bid I would like a logo designed as well which will be used on the website, marketing material and the stationary. As part of the complete package I would also like to have the stationary designed as part of the bid.

- Webdesign

- Logo Design

- Stationary design (Letter Heads, Business Cards, Envelopes and Compliment slips)

If some one can do the complete service as mentioned above I will also like to speak to them.

I must insist on high quality for this, someone with a lot of experience of would be considered, not a have a go hero who thinks they know how to write but never has. I would like to see some porfessional examples.

Please feel free to bid what your professional rate/price is and please understand that I am not going to go with the lowest bid at all, I may go for the highest bid. I am more insterested in quality of work than price.

I would be looking for a couple of examples really to choose from and then once I give the final approval we can proceed with finalising the design.

I would require an agreement something like, unlimited revisions on the final design.
