Web design for SaaS web application

Hello,

I am looking for someone to design a website theme for a SaaS web application. PSDs are fine, but if you can also produce clean, commented HTML that would be a bonus (if so, please mention in your bid how much the HTML coding costs).

The design is for five pages. I will use these as templates to produce additional pages (otherwise the list of pages will keep growing and growing!).

* Landing page - shows the main features of the product, with \"call to action\" buttons.
* One inner page - I will use this as a template to make additional pages. For example, the \"about\" and \"contact\" pages. This will need to include form elements which I can use to make a \"contact us\" form.
* How it works - shows a number of text blocks, each with an icon
* Signup form - an example signup form with standard fields (name, email, address, phone, etc).
* Blog

The design will also need to include a pricing table, which shows multiple pricing options and the differences between them (see HopToadApp example below). I will not be able to provide example copy or images yet, so free icon sets and \"lorem ipsum\" can be used as a placeholder.

The purpose of the site is to show people the main features of the web application and encourage them to sign up. Therefore the design should be clean and uncluttered, with clearly defined call to action buttons.
