Web design for new business

I need a 15 to 20 page dynamic website created with flash and a shopping cart for 1 page I need hosting and email set up domain registration and a logo created. Links to Facebook and twitter also required. I need a few pages to be able to go into menu once clicked on the product it opens up a page with a few different veriants on it of the product. this also needed on the shopping cart page, Live chat option also needed.
Once the site is created i need to be able to make changes myself in a control panel. i need a lot of help with the desin and colours. This web site is for a wedding hire business eg chocolate fountain, decorations back drops, centre pieces the list just goes on. Let me know if you need anything clearing up
