Web design & development consultation needed

We are in the process of a new website but do not have full details in place. We need the help of an expert, hence, would like to speak to a designer/developer (skype, whatsapp) to walk us through and finalise the process so we can move to the actual design & development.

Someone with a lot of experience in design, UX/ UI, structure, theme etc will be essential.
This is initial but critical stage - your expertise will be relied upon.
