Web Design

Web design for a windows / doors / conservatory company.

Currently have an existing site but looking for a new design / upgrade. Should be provided as a \'template\' and be standards compliant, Expression Web 4 friendly, have a master page and an external css. Looking to have a \'special offer\' section easily accessible on the site and easily updated / changed from month to month. Also looking to link in to Facebook and Twitter from the site.

Have a limited budget but dont really require much, a professional and appealing template will suffice, although a css drop down menu might be nice. Have an existing site so already have logo, content, web hosting and domain names in place.
