Web application redesign and UX

We are looking for an experienced web UX designer who can help us create an updated design for a complex web application.

Over time, we will redesign the whole application, breaking it down into different sections as we go along.

This will be an ongoing project with about 30 pages to design, so to find the best person, we are starting with a small trial task.

The brief on the trial is to redesign the menu and UI of the magnifier and sketch tool to look more visually appealing. Screen shots are attached of the current design. Please provide a price to complete the trial task.

We need to keep the TubeSpanner brand and the purple colour. You're free to make any other changes that would improve the look, feel, and user experience.
