Your website is a long ways to get to the level of the websites you referenced. This requires a complete redesign of the site beyond basic styling. There are a lot of features and frankly speaking functions with the referenced sites that are not present on yours, that need to be developed. The budget set hardly fits the budget; a digit is missing from at the end if you truly looking to match the professional presentation of the target sites.
