Visually appeal graphical one sided Case Studies x 4 (possibility for more)

Design details: We are looking to produce 4 one page graphically appealing case studies of building projects we have historically carried out on the buildings we manage. They will be used to generate more business with existing leads by walking prospective customers through the work we have done, We have an existing template that we would like to roughly follow to keep in line with the company branding.

It will include:
Photographs of the building (these will be provided)
Text of the case studies (these will be provided)

The job will be to arrange this information provided into a neat, appealing, eye catching one sided case study that we can print onto glossy paper/turn into a pdf. An understanding of 'reader flow' to get to the point of sale is quite important. There are currently 4 we have, but the opportunity for more on an ongoing basis.
