Very basic 1 page website required

1 page website required. Requirements are as follows:

- approximately 5 images (which will be supplied).
- Some text (which will be supplied)
- a 10 field form which visitors are required to complete and submit (the form needs to be created by whoever we award this job to - ip address of person submitting form to be logged).
- A "Thank you page" which a customer will see once they have completed and submitted their form.
- A basic company logo needs to be designed (we are not very fussy about colours / font etc, so long as it looks good and professional)
- Hit counter on bottom of the page (starting at 10,000).
- Ability for customers to create topics & write "comments / reviews" on the site
- The website must be created in a way so that in future we can add on pages / items / expand it should the need arise.
- Social networking buttons, facebook etc to be added.

We will award this job to somebody by 10am latest (UK Time) on Thursday 21st June.
The work needs to be completed at the latest by 5pm (Uk time) on Friday 22nd June 2012.

Domain names have already been purchased. Hosting already arranged. Please only bid if you can stick to the deadlines given and as close to the stated budget as possible. We are not looking for a work of art. Just a quick job with a professional looking finish.
