UX UI Website Design and Wire frame required

Our wesbite need renovation and updating, we are looking to incorporate all of the latest features such as a chat as pop ups, surveys, cookies, notifications, refer a friend, re-marketing etc.

We need a designer that understands websites deeply and incorporates all of this into the design and wireframe.

The site is a sports review site and will need a shop incorporated to it.

We will forward a link to the current active site once we have some final designers in mind.
