UX/UI designer needed for product launch

We are a startup in Travel planning space and are looking for a UX designer to help with initial product MVP launch. The best candidates for this job would have considerable experience in building UX for products with high usability with simplified experiences. Candidates with experience in travel space such as Airbnb, Expedia, etc. are a plus.

At a high level, the project would be about building user flows for a customer to place an order for a trip planning and showing them their itinerary and ability to customize and finalize that. More specific details of screens/flows and product would be shared with the candidate who is selected. Also, the team will be available to answer any questions on an ongoing basis.

The entire project would needed to be delivered in the following phases which will be decided mutually after discussion with the selected candidates. The project needs to deliver mocks/UX for desktop (web) as well as mobile (Web, iOS & Android). It should also include building a consistent theme across the user flows including styling, fonts, colors, etc.

We would have a regular sync to discuss progress and feedback to ensure we are on the same page. The cadence of the syncs can be decided based on the total duration of the project as well as the time period in which we will make noticeable progress.

The best working relationship with an ideal candidate would be where someone is open to suggestions and feedback as well as the candidate is willing to share their expertise and guide us with the best practices. Prefer direct 2-way communication.

Lastly, we may need support after the initial mocks are built based on user feedback over the course of next 6 months. So, if the partnership is well built and the work is likable, would love to continue to extend the partnership with the person for future projects as well.
