UX/UI Designer Needed – 14 SaaS Wireframes in Figma

We are building a web-based SaaS platform in the real estate industry.
We need a designer to create 14 wireframes in Figma. The focus is on clean, modern, and professional layouts, not flashy or overly colourful designs.

You will be provided with:

Full wireframe list (14 screens, clearly defined)
Brand palette (hex codes, primary/secondary/CTA colours)
Typography guidance (Google Fonts)
Reference websites for design inspiration
Notes on preferred layout/feel

Scope of Work
Create 14 wireframes in Figma.
Apply provided brand palette and fonts.
Design with simplicity + usability in mind (backend SaaS style, dashboard-focused).
Deliver clickable prototype in Figma.
Provide exported PNG/PDF versions of all wireframes.

Deliverables:
14 screens (Agent Dashboard, Lead Profile, Call Summary, Pricing & Usage, Settings, etc.)
1 clickable Figma prototype link
PNG/PDF export of all screens

Style Direction
Clean, minimal, professional
Mostly neutral greys/charcoal + green accent (provided palette)
Easy to scan (for SaaS users working daily in dashboards)
Backend focus: tables, cards, navigation, forms

Terms
Includes 1–2 rounds of small revisions
Larger changes or extra screens = new cost
Must deliver within 7–10 days

Requirements
Strong portfolio of SaaS dashboards / web apps (not just landing pages)
Skilled in Figma (auto-layout, components a plus)
Ability to follow provided brand palette + style direction
Good communication and reliability
