UX Design - Website

Hi, I need the UX designed for my website job section. Around 10-15 pages in total. I operate a care agency in the UK and have lots of professional images that can be used, as well as video content. I have not had the content written as of yet but wanted to work with a UX designer to scope out the site design and structure and then work from there. Most of the traffic will come from mobiles so site needs to be mobile friendly. The designs will need to be converted into Wordpress but once the UX is completed I can find someone to code the site. I would be looking to start asap.
