UX Design for a Visitor Management System

We're looking for a UI/UX designer to design interfaces for a visitor management software.
There are about 10 screens to be designed, we have the wireframes and branding ready.

The UX design has to be focused on easy usage (preferably self understood) so even a non-tech savy person can understand and use the software. The UI should be clean, clear (preferablly follow material design guidelines).

We want to hear your inputs on the wireframes and how you can further minimze the number of clicks / steps for the entire user-functionality.

I've attached a sample set of the wireframes
