I need someone to urgently design and implement a pop-up form for a Webflow website. The project must be completed by 12 noon (UK time) on Tuesday 12th May.
The pop-up will need to integrate with my Mailchimp account and include:
- An email address field
- A drop-down field for users to select their occupation
I will provide all copy/text content and creative direction to the chosen person.
