Urgent help needed.

HI. I discovered today that the header on my web site has disappeared. I don't know how to fix it. Also I need a web post edited/ re designed as it looked awful. I need it re designed and looking good while keeping SEO firmly in mind. You can probably guess that I know pretty much nothing about this so I need someone who can really help me while helping me understand. I'm very worried this page will fall off page one!
