Updating design and menu on Newspaper theme wordpress site

I need someone to urgently update my Newspaper theme word press site. The site is already live and has content, but I need the menu changing and making the site a little more user friendly, in the sense that the posts are a little more structured and audience can easily navigate from one story to another.
Also need some training on how to add side bar and header ads
Need to also organise our e-paper section. So people can easily see every edition in order.
Finally need better social media sharing for site.
