UK web designer looking for dev to help with issues > ongoing

I am a UK web designer who needs a dev familiar with WORDPRESS | ELEMENTOR | PLUG-IN DEVELOPMENT.

The first job is to get a drop down menu working on all browsers. It is using the PICTURE MENU plugin so not standard menu from Elelementor.

If this job is completed quickly and well I will need you to help on an ongoing basis for things I cant figure out or dont have time to complete.

The next job will be aligning elements on this website to fit all browsers and devices. Then more websites to work on.
You will need to be very good at positioning stuff on the page using padding, margins etc so everything looks like the screenshot I show you on a working browser.

They will need to display (including this first small job) on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on both Mac and PC.
