Description
IMPORTANT: This is a system-based project. We do not use element builders like Elementor for development. Everything will be coded from scratch, so you must be able to deliver a structured Figma file with a clear Layout Grid System (12-column for desktop, 4-column for mobile) and a complete UI Kit / Design System (including typography scales, components, color palettes, and all interactive button/input states).
Required templates to design: Homepage, Product Catalog/Archive with filters, Single Product Page (variable setup), and a clean, distraction-free Checkout/Cart system.
I have attached a full, strict PDF with the detailed technical specifications below, thanks.

Hi Rachel,
We'd appreciate clarification on the following:
1. Will branding assets (logo, fonts, and brand guidelines) be provided?
2. Will product content and imagery be supplied?
3. Would you like interactive Figma prototypes for key user journeys (homepage, product page, and checkout), or are static developer-ready designs sufficient?
4. Are there any competitor websites or visual references you would like us to consider?
5. What is your target timeline for completing the UI/UX design?
6. Do you have a budget allocated for this phase?
Looking forward.

Before designing the system and UI kit, can you confirm whether your current WooCommerce setup already defines product data structure (attributes, variations, filters, categories), or will the redesign also require rethinking how products are organised and filtered in the backend to match the new UX system?
-

Could you please share the Figma files so that I can review them and provide you with the best assistance?
-

Can you send over the technical PDF so the design system and required interactions can be reviewed in context?
-

Is the primary success metric for this redesign improving mobile conversion rates, increasing average order value, reducing checkout abandonment, or refreshing the visual identity? That priority will significantly influence the UX decisions throughout the project.
Does the technical specification define specific breakpoints beyond the two grid systems mentioned, or should I assume standard mobile/tablet/desktop breakpoints unless the PDF states otherwise?
